Semantics:
04. PKL04 is the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) quantity.
13. PKL13 is used to designate whether the product identified in PKL02 is saleable by the manufacturer at that packaging level. Code "Y" indicates that the product is saleable by the manufacturer at that packaging level, and code "N" indicates that the product in not saleable by the manufacturer at that packaging level.
